In this workshop we will share tools and methods that will assist you in navigating changing digital markets, values and behaviors. You will also learn how to identify external forces that influence the future of your work, allowing you to build a more purposeful business that can thrive in uncertain times.

It may seem that our world is spinning faster and faster. Especially when it comes to digital products & services, businesses are faced with the uneasy task of making sense of the change.
The future is not linear and so we cannot predict it. But we can learn from the past, know how to identify signals of change and work towards the future we want to experience.

Foresight is a powerful business tool that can help you understand the implications of these changes and design strategies to stay relevant.

In this workshop, we will dive into the principles of applied foresight and explore how to use it to navigate the complex business landscape. We'll start by looking at megatrends – powerful, transformative forces that could change the global economy, business and society. By examining these changes, we'll identify the opportunities and challenges they pose for specific, selected business case studies.

In a group setting, you will explore multiple futures and multiple perspectives. We'll use these scenarios to understand both positive and negative outcomes and criteria that can help you choose the future you want to create, one that can be transformative.
