Dorota Kabała

Product designer with over 15 years of experience, supporting entrepreneurs by designing products in a sustainable way. Dorota collaborates with various brands and manufacturers as an expert in the PARP program "GOZ – to się opłaca" (GOZ – it pays off), advising on the circular economy (GOZ) and conducting product environmental footprint (PEF) analysis and product life cycle assesment (LCA). Her passion is the sports industry, for which she works together with her team at We Design For Physical Culture design studio. Dorota has implemented projects for Nobile Kiteboarding, Fjord Nansen, the National Stadium in Warsaw and others. She has extensive experience in the development of products and strategies for innovative startups, e.g.: AEROSIZE (avalanche vest), Horsano (horse health monitoring system). In the field of design, as well as in the field of circular economy and LCA, she also cooperates with large companies, including Kegel-Błażusiak, Brueggen, Echo Investment. She is the co-author and co-founder of the KIT dos Peconheiros products and project – supporting climbing and acai berry picking in the Amazon forests. Dorota is a winner of the Minister of Culture and National Heritage Award – Design 2021. She is the Vice President of The Spirit of Poland Foundation. Since 2011, she has been a lecturer at the School of Form, SWPS University.
