The exhibition is the result of the 13th edition of Young to Start competition, which this year is held under the slogan od-NOWA / re-NEWING.
The competition along with exhibition are an invitation to a design statement about changes, expectations and new technologies that help protect the environment and natural resources. Humans, as the most expansive inhabitants of the planet, have made many mistakes. Instead of repeating them, it is worth reaching for the latest research and technologies aimed at reusing plastics, materials and waste.
In the competition entries, we are looking for what is visible (form) and what is hidden (material). We are interested in healing of the production system, the reform in thinking about products and materials which can bring about a real od-NOWA / re-NEWING of the image and re-NEWING of our planet.
At the exhibition we will see the best of submitted projects, including works awarded by the competition jury consisting of: Ksenia Kaniewska-Jurczyszyn, Aneta Lehmann, Aleksandra Boćkowska, Agata Hasiak, Magdalena Hubka, Piotr Grzybowski, Megi Malinowska, Filip Ludka, Tomek Kempa.
